Can I customise my Christening Package?
Yes — many of our packages can be customised to suit your event style, theme, church requirements and personal preferences.
If you are looking for something specific, please contact us and we would be happy to help create something special for your celebration.
Do you create both Catholic and Greek Orthodox packages?
Yes — we specialise in both Catholic Baptism Packages and Greek Orthodox Christening Packages, including candles, boxes, towels, oil sets, bomboniere, gowns and keepsakes.
How long does my order take?
For personalised Christening Packages, Christening Boxes and Candles, we generally require 4 weeks production time.
During busy periods or peak seasons, lead times may vary slightly. If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
When will my order arrive?
Pickup orders are usually ready during the week of your event.
If your order is being shipped, it will usually arrive the week before your event. Tracking details will be added to your order once your parcel has been dispatched.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — express shipping upgrades may be available depending on your order and timeframe.
Please contact us before placing your order if you require your items urgently so we can confirm availability.
Where are you located?
We are based in Sydney, Australia, and offer local pickup from Sans Souci as well as Australia-wide and worldwide shipping.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — local pickup is available from our Sans Souci location.
Simply select the Pickup option at checkout and a member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes — free local delivery is available for eligible orders over $150 within selected suburbs near our Sans Souci location.
Please contact us if you would like to confirm if your suburb qualifies.
Can I return personalised products?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted for personalised items, Christening Gowns, Stefana, or Stefanothiki.
Please carefully review all personalisation details before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Photographic evidence may be required so we can assist as quickly as possible.
Please note acrylic boxes, glass items and candles are not covered under transit warranty.

Yes — we ship worldwide.
